PAY RANGE

$45,000-$55,000 ANNUAL

Job Summary:

Greentree Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a part of Ryders Health Management, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations, and providing exceptional service to our employees and management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing various tasks as assigned

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and benefits

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in an HR role preferred

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
