In this role, you will contribute directly to the successful execution of clinical trials that support the development of new treatments and therapies. You will be responsible for ensuring that studies are conducted in compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and international quality standards. Working closely with clinical sites, investigators, and internal teams, you will help safeguard data integrity and patient safety throughout the trial lifecycle. The position involves frequent interaction with healthcare professionals and requires strong field monitoring capabilities. You will participate in site visits, data review, and issue resolution while supporting smooth study operations. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment where your work has a direct impact on the quality and success of clinical research programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational execution of clinical trial activities at site level, ensuring compliance, quality, and patient safety across all stages of the study. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, and applicable regulatory standards while maintaining data integrity and patient safety.
• Collaborating closely with investigators and site staff to support efficient study conduct and resolve operational challenges.
• Performing ongoing data review, query resolution, and source data verification to ensure high-quality clinical data.
• Supporting the preparation, maintenance, and review of essential study documentation, including clinical study reports and trial-related materials.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in clinical research monitoring, with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and site management processes. You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to operate independently in the field. Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate within a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to conduct independent site monitoring visits and manage multiple studies effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with investigators and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Belém do Pará or surrounding regions.
