In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end clinical study coordination, ensuring global projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions, aligning stakeholders and driving operational excellence throughout the study lifecycle. The position requires strong coordination skills, risk awareness, and the ability to manage complex, multi-country clinical programs. You will play a central role in monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment between study objectives and organizational priorities. Working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will interact with senior stakeholders and contribute to high-impact clinical research initiatives. This is a key leadership role where your decisions directly influence the successful delivery of global clinical studies.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and oversight of global clinical studies, ensuring alignment across teams and successful delivery against defined objectives. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing comprehensive study plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Leading cross-functional and international study teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and achievement of study goals.
- Monitoring study progress, identifying risks and issues early, and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain delivery performance.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Preparing and delivering study status reports, performance dashboards, and updates for senior leadership and governance bodies.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in clinical project or program management, with a proven ability to lead complex global initiatives in regulated environments. You are structured, proactive, and skilled at stakeholder management. Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Solid experience in project or study management within clinical research or healthcare environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects from initiation to completion within scope, time, and budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional global teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
