This role is focused on supporting global clinical trial supply and logistics operations within a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment. The position involves close coordination with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth supply chain operations across multiple regions. In this role, you will support the coordination and execution of clinical trial supply and logistics activities, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of materials across global studies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor shipments, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
- Coordinate the shipment and distribution of clinical trial materials across global logistics networks
- Track shipments and logistics schedules to ensure timely delivery aligned with study timelines
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipment and delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics transactions for compliance purposes
- Support logistics planning and supply chain process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Assist in monitoring logistics performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and operational standards within clinical supply processes
This role requires foundational experience or education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field, combined with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a global, fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related operational environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience using logistics, inventory, or supply chain management systems (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
