Job Description
$500 SIGN ON BONUS for REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN Certified, $150 for those pursuing RBT.
Aspire Overview:
- A BCBA-owned company using evidence-based practices to produce significant and positive change in the lives of children and families we serve as well as establishing and maintaining high quality RBT clinicians with opportunity for advancement.
- Focus & Population: Comprehensive ABA Early Intervention Program for young children (ages 0-5 when entering our program) diagnosed with Autism.
- Performance Pay system: As soon as 90 days each RBT is eligible for an opportunity for raise based on performance. This is checked on a schedule and pay is able to raise to $21/hour with bonuses.
Philosophy:
- Invest in our team! It is our belief that when RBT clinicians are provided opportunities to grow they flourish and we are then better meeting the needs of our kids! We do this by providing weekly overlaps with BCBAs, Reinforcing good work (RBT reinforcement program), frequent check-ins on performance, using a performance-based pay system and by providing advancement opportunities!
- Provide Compassionate ABA! Demonstrating empathy toward our children and families leads us to be compassionate about each child's learning and progress. The first and most important step is building rapport and developing perspective taking.
Qualifications and Skills:
- RBT credential is a requirement of this position!
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism preferred.
- Past experience working with young children (0-5 years of age)
- Demonstrated interest in continued growth and development
- Effective communication skills and ability to take feedback
- Ability to work in a team environment and promote positive work culture
Job Summary: It is the responsibility of the RBT to work one on one with children whom they have been assigned implementing treatment programs and protocols as written by the BCBA overseeing treatment. Contribute ideas to the team and alert BCBA to any child concerns.
Special Demands: Extended periods of time on ones feet, high levels of physical and mental activity; Suitable car and car insurance.
Clinic hours between the hours of 7:45am and 5:15pm M-F; Missed time not covered requires up to 4 hours make up session on 1x Saturday make up day.
