  • Lead and mentor media buyers, creative specialists, and CRO professionals while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development across the performance marketing team.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling advertising concepts, copy, visuals, and messaging designed to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Establish and manage A/B testing programs across creative assets, messaging, landing pages, and other conversion touchpoints.
  • Lead CRO initiatives focused on improving landing page performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and test growth hypotheses, evaluate results, and turn successful experiments into repeatable strategies.
  • Build scalable processes, workflows, and SOPs for creative production, paid social, and performance marketing operations.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and consistent execution.
  • Maintain relevant Meta and TikTok advertising certifications and stay current with emerging trends, platform changes, and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing social advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on DTC or B2C marketing.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in paid social strategy, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget management.
  • Experience integrating email marketing with paid acquisition and broader multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Proven knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion-focused experimentation.
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to evaluate and contribute to advertising copy, visuals, messaging, and consumer-focused creative concepts.
  • Active Meta and TikTok advertising certifications.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional marketing teams and developing high-performing team members.
  • Track record of creating scalable workflows, processes, and SOPs for creative and performance marketing operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across distributed teams.
  • Access to a computer with a dual-monitor setup and at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
  • Camera with at least 1080p resolution.
Benefits

  • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
  • Permanent work-from-home setup.
  • Monday-Friday work schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
