  • Execute testing frameworks, analyze results, and communicate findings and recommendations to the SEM Lead.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, and spend pacing, proactively identifying anomalies, risks, and underperformance.

  • Collaborate with the SEM Lead and cross-functional teams, including Paid Social, Account Management, and Project Management, to align execution with client priorities.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, new advertising features, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Gradually take on greater account ownership and responsibility as expertise and performance develop.

  • Working knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign types.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work comfortably with performance data.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in an organized and reliable manner.
  • Comfortable receiving direct feedback, asking questions, and applying guidance quickly.
  • Curious and analytical mindset, with an interest in understanding the strategic reasoning behind campaign decisions.
  • Strong sense of ownership and transparency, with the confidence to proactively flag account issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Relevant Google Ads certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with Asana, Slack, or similar collaboration and project management tools is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote position in Canada.

  • Flexible working hours.
  • Internet reimbursement after 90 days.
