- Set the standard — you'll own best practices across the full claims lifecycle, from intake and investigation all the way through settlement and recovery.
- Be the bridge — you'll make sure your team and your clients are always on the same page, keeping the claims experience smooth and consistent.

- Build something great — you'll help bring in, develop, and keep great people while creating an environment where everyone actually wants to show up and do their best work.
- Drive the conversation — you'll put together reports and analyses for clients, spot trends, and help them think about how to get ahead of losses.
Day-to-Day:
- Step up when it counts — when the Director or VP is out, you've got it covered.
- Make new people feel at home — you'll lead onboarding and help new hires get plugged in from day one, both on the tools and the culture.
- Be the go-to — first-line questions, escalations, roundtables — people know they can come to you.
- Carry real authority — you'll have increased reserve and payment authority and a hand in moderate file reviews.
- Keep the team sharp — you'll spot trends and bring the right topics to Huddles and Elevated Claims Experience Workshops.
- Put the customer first, always — you'll be one of the loudest voices in the room when it comes to keeping the team focused on delivering for customers.Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role
