The mission of the Special Projects Intern at Cozey

As Special Projects Intern, you'll be right in the middle of everything — supporting teams across the company, making sure things get done, and bringing energy to problems that don't always have a clear owner. From tracking KPIs to building AI-powered automation workflows, you'll use your curiosity and tools to make work faster and smarter across Cozey.

What You'll Be Doing

• Help prepare and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and materials for cross-functional meetings
• Triage and follow up on internal CX issues — keeping things moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Identify and automate recurring workflows across departments — using AI tools and Cursor to make the team faster and reduce manual work
• Support cross-departmental projects — help track owners, deadlines, and keep things moving
• Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support decision-making across the organization
• Embrace shifting priorities — this role flexes with what the business needs

What We're Looking For

• Genuine curiosity — you ask questions, explore tools, and have a self-starter mentality
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
• Clear and confident communication, written and verbal, across all levels of the organization
• A customer-first mindset — you notice when something is off and you take it seriously
• Bonus: hands-on experience building AI automation workflows — using tools like Cursor, Claude, or similar to automate real work
