The Lead, Data Quality/Integrity will drive strategic data quality and governance initiatives supporting enterprise provider data and operational performance.
This role combines program leadership, data analysis, governance, and process improvement across a complex, highly collaborative environment.
You will work with business, technology, operations, compliance, and analytics stakeholders to strengthen data integrity, completeness, availability, and reliability.
The position provides significant exposure to senior leadership, with responsibility for translating complex data issues into clear business insights and recommendations.
You will coordinate high-priority initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, and establish effective governance and operating routines.

The role is fully remote and suited to an experienced healthcare professional who combines strong analytical judgment with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Lead the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and reporting of enterprise provider data quality initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue-resolution activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders across business, technology, operations, compliance, and analytics to align data quality initiatives with strategic priorities.
- Provide strategic and operational support to senior data quality leadership on high-priority initiatives and enterprise objectives.
- Support data governance routines, including issue tracking, prioritization, escalation, decision documentation, stakeholder communication, and governance reporting.
- Analyze data quality trends, identify root causes and patterns, and translate findings into business impacts, risks, and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate data quality validation, integration, metrics analysis, issue management, and process improvement activities.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, status updates, dashboards, and other materials communicating data quality performance and strategic initiative progress.
- Support implementation readiness for provider data quality processes, standards, controls, and operating procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement of data quality processes, governance standards, and operational routines.
- Manage complex and ambiguous data quality issues independently, applying sound business judgment and critical thinking to determine appropriate solutions.
- Monitor multiple priorities, risks, and dependencies while maintaining strong communication and accountability across workstreams.
- 5–7+ years of professional experience in healthcare, with experience working in complex or highly regulated environments.
- 3–5+ years of project leadership or cross-functional initiative management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives within a matrixed organization and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex data quality issues into clear business impacts, risks, and practical recommendations.
- Experience working with quality frameworks and applying structured approaches to data quality and process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present executive-level updates.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong ability to coordinate across business, technology, operations, compliance, and analytics teams.
- Experience with enterprise provider data platforms is preferred.
- Experience supporting data governance or enterprise data quality programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory, compliance, audit, or operational controls is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a distributed team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous situations.

- Competitive annual base salary of approximately $106,900–$147,000, depending on geographic location, experience, education, certifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
