Accountabilities:

The Insurance Product Management Consultant will support the development, execution, and optimization of product initiatives by analyzing data, coordinating projects, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to translate business information into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions.

  • Support the development and implementation of product strategies, initiatives, and business improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and programs to ensure successful execution and alignment across teams.
  • Analyze product performance, market trends, competitor information, financial data, and risk insights to identify opportunities.
  • Measure initiative outcomes, communicate findings, and provide recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and organizational change efforts.
  • Collaborate with product, pricing, and risk management teams to support business objectives.
  • Monitor product initiative performance and help drive effective implementation.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and analytical materials to communicate results and recommendations.
  • Use reporting and data visualization tools to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an analytical, motivated, and collaborative professional who is interested in building expertise in product management, insurance, analytics, or business strategy. This role is suited for early-career professionals who are eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute in a fast-moving environment.

  • 2+ years of professional experience preferred, though recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and an interest in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Ability to interpret information, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
