Accountabilities:

The Account Coordinator, Paid Social will provide essential operational and campaign support for paid social initiatives. This role focuses on campaign execution, reporting, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver successful outcomes for clients.

  • Support the creation, launch, and management of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Assist with campaign planning by organizing objectives, timelines, budgets, schedules, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain campaign structures, including trafficking creative assets and ensuring accurate implementation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Support testing initiatives by analyzing results and helping refine campaign strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain knowledge of key paid social platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat.
  • Manage workflow and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of campaign tasks.
  • Create clear and effective internal and client-facing communications.
  • Participate in team meetings, client discussions, and presentations by providing support, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and improve campaign performance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an analytical and detail-oriented marketing professional who is interested in growing within paid social advertising. This role requires strong organizational skills, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in paid social advertising, with hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta campaigns required.
  • Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, or other paid social platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of paid social fundamentals, including budgeting, bidding strategies, testing methodologies, and campaign optimization.
  • Previous experience in a production-focused, marketing operations, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify insights.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, including tools such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenation, and text-to-columns.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of independence, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn new platforms and skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Interest in digital marketing, paid media, and performance-driven strategies.
