This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growth-focused digital marketing team and help drive new customer acquisition, efficiency, and scalable revenue growth. You’ll play a hands-on role in managing paid social and display campaigns while gaining exposure to affiliates, paid search, and emerging digital channels. Working alongside senior growth marketers, you’ll contribute to campaign strategy, creative testing, audience development, and performance optimization. You’ll use data and experimentation to understand what drives engagement and conversion, turning insights into actionable recommendations. The role also offers broad cross-functional exposure across Creative, Brand, Site, Merchandising, Influencer, and Ambassador teams. - Manage the day-to-day execution of paid social and display campaigns, including campaign builds, audience testing, creative rotations, ad uploads, and quality assurance across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Support affiliate marketing operations by monitoring spend, managing promotions, communicating product launches and promotional details, and maintaining strong partner coordination.
- Develop and test new audience segments to expand reach among priority customer groups while balancing growth and marketing efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly, identifying opportunities to scale investment, adjust targeting, or optimize spend to maintain performance goals.
- Support the launch and evaluation of tests across emerging digital platforms and contribute to the development of new growth opportunities.
- Partner on creative briefing and strategy, ensuring campaign content reflects brand priorities, customer trends, and growth objectives.
- Analyze creative performance and translate findings into testing roadmaps, optimization recommendations, and broader creative strategies.
- Collaborate with Site teams to align landing pages with campaign messaging and improve the customer journey from ad engagement through conversion.
- Share insights with organic social, influencer, ambassador, and other marketing teams to develop consistent cross-channel best practices.
- Evaluate campaign and creative effectiveness using last-click performance, incrementality measures, and in-platform engagement data.
- Present campaign insights and recommendations in recurring digital team meetings, developing clear action plans for continued improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, customer acquisition, and scalable growth.
- 1–4 years of experience managing digital marketing channels, particularly paid social, paid search, display, or related performance marketing activities.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Power BI, with the ability to use performance data to identify actionable insights.
- Strong Excel skills and demonstrated ability to analyze campaign and creative performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Working knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels, including paid social and paid search.
- A curious, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to develop hypotheses, design testing plans, measure outcomes, and iterate based on results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to campaign execution.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline marketing workflows, or increase efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities and opportunities can evolve quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, marketing, site, merchandising, and other cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach and genuine interest in understanding customer behavior and digital marketing performance.
- Annual salary range of $70,000–$80,000.
