Leadership Development & Team Enablement Manager

The Leadership Development & Team Enablement Manager will play a key role in shaping how leaders grow, perform, and support teams across the organization.
This role owns the strategy, design, and execution of leadership development programs that strengthen manager capabilities and improve employee experiences.
Working closely with HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders, the position translates leadership priorities into scalable learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine instructional design expertise, facilitation skills, and strategic thinking to create impactful development experiences.

Accountabilities:

The Leadership Development & Team Enablement Manager will lead the development and delivery of leadership programs that enhance manager effectiveness, strengthen team performance, and support organizational growth. This role requires strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and strong collaboration across multiple functions.

  • Develop and execute a leadership development strategy aligned with organizational priorities, creating structured pathways and resources for leaders at different career stages.
  • Design, facilitate, and continuously improve leadership learning experiences using adult learning principles and methodologies such as ADDIE or similar frameworks.
  • Conduct needs assessments, gather stakeholder insights, and translate leadership challenges into practical development solutions.
  • Create engaging learning materials, including facilitator guides, participant resources, presentations, activities, and leadership tools.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of leadership programs, including planning, implementation, measurement, evaluation, and continuous enhancement.
  • Support leadership onboarding and career transition experiences by developing resources for new managers, expanding leaders, and senior leadership readiness.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate learning solutions, resources, and delivery approaches.
  • Measure program effectiveness through participation data, feedback, behavioral indicators, and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build data-informed recommendations that strengthen leadership capability, employee experience, communication, trust, and team effectiveness.
  • Promote adoption of emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve learning experiences and operational efficiency.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in leadership development, instructional design, and learning strategy, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver impactful programs in a remote environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, HR, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development programs within a corporate or professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and structured learning approaches such as ADDIE.
  • Proven facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences and connect learning concepts to real-world leadership challenges.
  • Experience managing learning initiatives from needs assessment through design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of leadership capabilities including coaching, communication, feedback, trust-building, change leadership, and team effectiveness.
  • Experience using learning management systems, digital learning platforms, e-learning tools, or creative learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms, with the ability to experiment and apply new technologies.
  • Excellent project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a virtual environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience with leadership assessments, 360-degree feedback tools, coaching frameworks, or talent development assessments is a plus.
