AI Digital Product Sr Manager Agentic Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Digital Product Sr Manager – Agentic Platform based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of enterprise AI by leading the strategy and evolution of a next-generation agentic platform.
You will own the product vision for a secure, cloud-native ecosystem that enables teams to build, deploy, govern, and scale AI-powered solutions.
Working across engineering, AI, data science, security, and business functions, you will translate emerging AI capabilities into impactful enterprise products.
The position focuses on creating reusable platform capabilities, improving developer experiences, and accelerating AI adoption across complex environments.
You will drive innovation while ensuring reliability, compliance, responsible AI practices, and measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

The AI Digital Product Sr Manager – Agentic Platform will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for an enterprise AI platform designed to accelerate the creation and adoption of AI agents and intelligent solutions. The role requires strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to align multiple teams around scalable AI capabilities.

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for an enterprise agentic AI platform, including orchestration, memory, tool integration, model routing, identity, observability, deployment services, and governance capabilities.
  • Lead product delivery within an Agile environment, ensuring platform capabilities meet user needs and align with strategic business objectives.
  • Create an exceptional developer experience through reusable SDKs, APIs, templates, documentation, reference implementations, self-service tools, and internal developer resources.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value.
  • Guide AI initiatives from discovery through enterprise adoption, identifying opportunities to create reusable capabilities and accelerate AI solution delivery.
  • Define and monitor platform success metrics, including adoption, developer engagement, reliability, latency, cost efficiency, model quality, and user satisfaction.
  • Establish responsible AI practices by partnering with security, privacy, legal, architecture, and governance teams to implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, AI specialists, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to continuously improve platform capabilities.
  • Use experimentation, telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback to optimize platform performance and user experience.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in AI, enterprise platforms, and cloud technologies. You should be comfortable bridging business strategy and technical execution while driving adoption of innovative solutions across large organizations.

  • Proven experience leading digital products, defining product strategies, managing roadmaps, and measuring product success.
  • Strong technical fluency with cloud-native platforms, AI technologies, software development practices, and enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with software engineers, AI engineers, platform teams, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
  • Master’s degree with 6+ years of Product, AI, Information Technology, or related systems experience; or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent experience with 12+ years in relevant fields.
  • 8+ years of product management or related experience, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML products, developer platforms, cloud platforms, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience building or managing enterprise AI platforms, platform-as-a-product solutions, developer ecosystems, or shared technology capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent orchestration, model serving, AI evaluation, and ML productization.
  • Familiarity with modern AI and cloud technologies such as AWS, Databricks, MLflow, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, AutoGen, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience with APIs, SDKs, microservices, event-driven architectures, cloud infrastructure, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Ability to define and measure developer experience, platform adoption, analytics, and operational success metrics.
  • Experience implementing Responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and compliance practices for enterprise AI systems.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
