Flyover attractions are located in Chicago, Las Vegas, Reykjavik, Iceland, and Vancouver, Canada.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Marketing & Sales Specialist reports to the Sr. Manager, Marketing & Sales at Flyover in Vancouver and supports the planning, development, and execution of Flyover’s ground game marketing and sales initiatives. Working closely with the Operations team and cross‑functional partners, this hands‑on role helps drive business performance by executing revenue‑focused strategies across both marketing and sales channels. It blends creative marketing with relationship‑based sales, making it well suited to someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and measurable results. Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a collaborative mindset are key to success in this role. WHAT YOULL DO
Marketing & Brand Support
- Lead the production of marketing assets, including on‑site signage, sales tools, and creative projects such as sales collateral, print and digital advertising, e‑blasts, and website updates.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to plan creative timelines and develop clear, effective project briefs.
- Support social media and content marketing initiatives by capturing photo, video, and live content, identifying new content opportunities, and assisting with channel management.
- Host in‑market media, influencers, and bloggers as required.
- Support brand‑building initiatives that increase awareness and visibility for the attraction.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Support the development and execution of Flyover’s annual and seasonal sales and marketing plans, with a focus on revenue growth.
- Develop and support B2B plans for key revenue‑generating segments, including affiliates, school groups, corporate events, and other leisure groups.
- Support the development, management, and optimization of regional partner relationships and contracts, including hotel and sightseeing affiliates.
- Support group reservations coordination to ensure a seamless guest experience, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and convert leads.
- Conduct regular in‑market sales visits with local affiliates, hotels, concierge teams, and tourism partners.
- Attend regional tradeshows to generate leads, build partner relationships, and support regional sales initiatives.
- Lead and support the concierge program, including relationship management, on‑site training, sales enablement materials, and performance tracking.
- Host in‑market travel agents and sales partners, including coordinating and supporting FAM tours
- Identify and pursue new partnership and sales opportunities that drive visitation and revenue.
CRM, Reporting & Lead Management
- Manage B2B sales and marketing activity using Flyover’s CRM, including contact management, lead tracking, segmentation, and campaign list creation.
- Maintain, update, and grow accurate CRM records for affiliates, concierge partners, group clients, and key industry contacts.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and prepare reports, collaborating with the Sr. Manager, Marketing & Sales to translate data into actionable insights.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience in a sales, marketing, or revenue‑focused role, preferably within hospitality, tourism, attractions, entertainment, hotels, or related service‑driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, tourism and hospitality, communications, advertising, public relations, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting B2B sales activities, including group sales, affiliate or partner relationships, concierge programs, or trade sales or reservations.
- Familiarity with using CRM systems to manage contacts, leads, campaign lists, and sales or marketing activity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
- Strong collaborative skills, with experience working cross‑functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and external partners.
- Experience leading projects from concept through execution, with the ability to evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency with standard business and marketing tools, including MS Office, digital marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Monday.com, Canva, HubSpot, and WordPress.
- Solid understanding of social media and content marketing best practices, including asset creation and channel support.

COMPENSATION
- Salary: is $58,000–$63,000 CAD depending on experience
