The Paid Social Director will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital media campaigns while serving as a trusted expert for clients. This role combines strategic planning, performance analysis, client communication, and continuous improvement to deliver successful advertising outcomes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Build paid media plans including audience targeting, segmentation, messaging strategy, budgeting, testing frameworks, and optimization roadmaps.
- Manage campaign execution from initial planning through implementation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for clients, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through testing, performance measurement, bidding strategies, and audience refinement.
- Use reporting dashboards and analytics tools to communicate campaign performance and future growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service.
- Stay current with advertising platform updates, industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad concepts and improve campaign performance.
The ideal candidate is an experienced paid social marketing professional with strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to scale digital advertising programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social advertising.
- Strong expertise across paid social platforms and digital advertising strategies.
- Experience managing and scaling large advertising accounts while maintaining or improving key performance indicators.
- Advanced knowledge of automation tools, bidding platforms, audience targeting solutions, and creative testing tools.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing significant campaign budgets and driving measurable business results.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities and deadlines.

- Competitive base salary of $115,000 - $125,000 annually.
- Total compensation potential of up to $135,000 annually, including performance-based bonuses.
