This role is designed for a growth-focused marketing professional who can own strategy, drive measurable business outcomes, and help brands scale across multiple channels.
You will act as a trusted strategic partner for clients, connecting performance marketing insights with broader business goals.
The position requires a strong understanding of paid media, retention, SEO, CRO, and emerging growth opportunities.
You will leverage AI-powered workflows to eliminate repetitive execution and focus more time on high-value strategic decisions.
Working in a remote, results-driven environment, you will have the autonomy to shape growth plans, test new ideas, and influence client success.
This is an opportunity for a proactive strategist who thrives on ownership, experimentation, and creating meaningful impact for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands.

Accountabilities:

The Growth Strategist will own client growth strategies across multiple marketing channels, combining analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and AI-enabled processes to deliver measurable business results. This role requires someone who can anticipate opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and turn performance data into actionable growth decisions.

  • Develop and own cross-channel growth strategies across paid social, paid search, email marketing, retention, CRO, SEO, and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Act as the primary strategic partner for clients, managing relationships and providing proactive recommendations that drive business growth.
  • Connect marketing performance to business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and overall profitability.
  • Build and optimize AI-powered workflows that reduce manual execution and increase strategic capacity.
  • Identify growth opportunities, develop testing hypotheses, and lead experimentation programs that improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into clear recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Balance brand-building initiatives with performance marketing goals by developing strategies that combine storytelling, creative insights, and measurable results.
  • Maintain a proactive communication cadence by identifying risks, opportunities, and improvements before they are requested.
  • Forecast account performance and take ownership of achieving agreed growth objectives.
  • Use AI tools effectively while applying critical thinking, validation, and strategic judgment to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Continuously improve processes, frameworks, and methodologies to help scale client success.
  • Contribute to a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning within a remote team environment.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced growth or performance marketing professional with a strong understanding of ecommerce growth strategies and the ability to operate as a strategic advisor. They should combine channel expertise, business acumen, communication skills, and an innovative approach to using AI tools.

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple channels such as paid social, paid search, email marketing, SEO, CRO, or retention marketing.
  • Proven experience owning client relationships and leading growth strategies from planning through execution.
  • Strong ability to connect marketing activities with business metrics such as revenue, CAC, LTV, and profitability.
  • Experience working with ecommerce, DTC brands, or within an agency environment is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement AI workflows that improve efficiency and strategic output.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to advise founders and business leaders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to challenge existing approaches, experiment with new ideas, and adapt quickly.
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking when using AI-generated insights or recommendations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and location.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
  • Opportunity to work with a global team and innovative ecommerce brands.
  • 24 paid time-off days annually.
  • Monthly health stipend.
  • High autonomy and ownership over strategic decisions and client outcomes.
  • Access to ongoing mentorship focused on strategy, execution, and professional growth.
  • Collaborative culture centered on learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunity to develop advanced AI-driven workflows and modern growth marketing capabilities.
