Sr. Managed Services Consultant

You will act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value of a powerful customer experience platform.
The position combines solution consulting, customer success, platform optimization, and strategic relationship management.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Managed Services Consultant, you will own the success of a portfolio of customers by ensuring they achieve measurable value from their technology investments. You will combine strategic consulting, technical expertise, and relationship management to increase adoption, improve customer outcomes, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, understanding their business goals, challenges, and success metrics to recommend effective platform strategies.
  • Drive customer adoption by helping teams implement best practices, leverage new features, and maximize the value of available solutions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including executives, administrators, agencies, and business teams.
  • Analyze customer usage, platform consumption, and engagement trends to identify optimization opportunities, expansion opportunities, and risks.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions by connecting business challenges with relevant product capabilities and use cases.
  • Support customers with campaign processes, workflows, platform configuration, and operational improvements.
  • Provide ongoing enablement, training, and guidance to ensure customers remain successful and knowledgeable.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and influence future enhancements.
  • Develop customer advocacy opportunities, including references, success stories, and case studies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, digital technologies, AI capabilities, and evolving customer experience practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong customer success experience with technical curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex enterprise relationships. You should be comfortable advising customers, solving business challenges, and working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role within a technology, SaaS, agency, or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience working with customer experience platforms, CRM solutions, web technologies, SaaS products, or digital marketing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, adoption strategies, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into practical technical and business solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and customer engagements while maintaining high-quality delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives and guiding customers through technology adoption.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital engagement strategies, or customer experience technologies is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across product, sales, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
  • Multilingual skills are considered an asset.
