Bilingual Customer Service Advocate French and English Required

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate – French and English Required based in Canada.

This role offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences by supporting clients as their first point of contact for banking-related inquiries.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients by handling inbound calls and resolving inquiries through multiple service channels.
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide timely, accurate, and effective solutions while delivering a high-quality service experience.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and customer service platforms simultaneously to manage account requests efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of financial products and services to provide relevant and personalized client support.
  • Identify potential risks during customer interactions and apply appropriate judgment to recommend solutions that protect both clients and the organization.
  • Follow compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies during all customer interactions.
  • Resolve client concerns and disputes while maintaining trust and supporting long-term customer relationships.
  • Meet service performance objectives, including quality standards and first-contact resolution goals.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and complete required administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or another service-oriented role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and adapt to different situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering positive experiences.
  • Ability to work assigned shifts during business hours, including weekends and statutory holidays when required.
  • Ability to work remotely with a dedicated quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
