Accountabilities:

The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer conversations, driving conversions, and delivering exceptional support throughout the customer journey.   • Engage with prospective students through phone, email, and live chat to understand their goals and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, acquisition data, and relevant documentation.

  • Manage and analyze basic data using spreadsheets and reporting tools to support decision-making.
  • Handle confidential customer information and documents with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a customer-focused mindset, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This role requires adaptability, technology proficiency, and a passion for improving customer experiences.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new digital tools and platforms.
  • Ability to conduct online research and gather relevant information efficiently.
  • Self-directed learner with the ability to test, refine, and improve sales and customer service processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet-based data management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset.
  • Availability to occasionally work evening and weekend schedules is preferred.
