ERE Outreach Worker - BHC in West Plains, Missouri at Ozarks Healthcare

This position acts as a primary contact and advocate for individuals identified as high utilizers of mental health crisis, inpatient hospital settings, and medical emergency services. Employee will help client immediately connect with services to work towards independence through non-traditional and creative means by linking to community services and promoting wellness and stability.

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, or other related field
