This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth across an established portfolio of business technology clients.
You will focus on expanding existing relationships while identifying and converting new organizations into active service customers.
The role combines consultative selling, deep product knowledge, relationship management, and strategic account expansion.
You will work closely with technical specialists, account managers, and customer success teams to deliver relevant solutions and seamless client experiences.
Success will depend on your ability to uncover business needs, build strong pipelines, and consistently achieve sales targets.
You will also contribute market insight, maintain accurate forecasts, and help shape client strategies through mutual success planning.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while generating revenue growth across existing and newly converted accounts.
- Build, maintain, and manage a healthy sales pipeline with clear next steps, timelines, and accurate CRM updates.
- Research organizations already using supported software products and identify opportunities to convert them into active service clients.
- Expand existing accounts through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and broader solution adoption, with a particular focus on Sage X3 add-ons, upsells, and proprietary solutions.
- Develop mutual success plans with clients that connect proposed services to their strategic objectives and maintain momentum throughout the sales process.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, challenges, priorities, and business goals.
- Deliver standard product demonstrations and coordinate deeper technical demonstrations with solution specialists when appropriate.
- Partner with Client Experience, Account Management, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities and deliver a coordinated client experience.
- Maintain strong knowledge of supported products, industry trends, competitive positioning, and relevant business technology solutions.
- Ensure effective internal handoffs and adherence to established service-level agreements.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts, account updates, and market feedback to leadership.
- Use CRM, sales enablement, demonstration, collaboration, and AI productivity tools effectively to support sales execution.
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or a closely related B2B sales role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales quotas and generating growth within both existing and new accounts.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM data, and supporting reliable forecasting.
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with ERP, HCM, CRM, SaaS, or other business application solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience selling or supporting Sage X3 or related ERP solutions is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement technologies; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.
- Ability to understand complex technology solutions and communicate their business value clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an inquisitive mindset and enthusiasm for learning.
- Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders.

- Base salary range of $75,000–$90,000.
