This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. HubSpot Administrator based in the United States.
This is a fully remote opportunity to own and optimize a critical revenue technology ecosystem supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
You will serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, ensuring workflows, integrations, data, and reporting remain reliable and scalable.
Your work will directly improve the efficiency of go-to-market teams and strengthen the systems behind customer and district partnerships.
You will build automation, strengthen CRM governance, and develop reporting that gives leaders greater visibility into business performance.
The role combines hands-on technical administration with user support, training, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will also have the opportunity to expand into adjacent revenue technologies, including CPQ platforms and broader revenue operations.

- Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of the HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, workflows, custom properties, permissions, and reporting.
- Configure and maintain Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub capabilities, including automated workflows, lead routing, email templates, forms, and sequences.
- Establish and maintain strong CRM data governance, including data quality monitoring, deduplication, system integrity, and administration standards.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide teams and leadership with actionable visibility into business performance.
- Manage HubSpot integrations with other business systems in collaboration with the internal IT team, ensuring reliable data flows and system performance.
- Serve as the primary support resource for HubSpot users and provide assistance with adjacent revenue systems such as DealHub.
- Troubleshoot system and user issues, coordinate with external vendors when necessary, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Create training resources and lead user training sessions to improve adoption, consistency, and effective use of revenue systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve automation, and increase the efficiency and scalability of revenue operations.
- Support broader revenue systems initiatives over time, including CPQ configuration, process documentation, business analysis, and cross-functional systems projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Sales Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM administration, data management, analytics, sales operations, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and CRM governance practices.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users, explain technical concepts clearly, and collaborate across functions.
- Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or broader go-to-market teams is preferred.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Experience administering DealHub or another CPQ platform is preferred, particularly with pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with systems such as DealHub, NetSuite, or Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Strong SQL, Python, data analysis, or business intelligence capabilities are a plus.
- This position requires comfort working primarily at a computer, participating in virtual meetings, reviewing documentation, and collaborating through digital tools in a remote environment.
