The Service Delivery Supervisor will lead daily operations, coach team members, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient execution of service workflows. The role requires strong ownership of performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate frontline teams to achieve productivity, quality, and service-level objectives.
- Conduct daily team meetings, allocate workloads based on staffing needs, and manage workflow priorities.
- Ensure consistent adherence to standardized operating procedures and compliance requirements.
- Monitor operational dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and adjust workflows to meet turnaround and delivery targets.
- Perform quality reviews, identify recurring issues, and provide coaching or retraining when needed.
- Ensure privacy and regulatory requirements are followed, escalating risks or compliance concerns appropriately.
- Partner with operational leadership on staffing plans, scheduling, performance improvement, and team development.
- Support onboarding activities, reinforce training programs, and maintain accurate skills tracking across the team.
- Contribute to process improvement projects, technology adoption initiatives, and operational pilots.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture focused on engagement, accountability, and service excellence.
The ideal candidate brings experience leading teams in a production-focused, healthcare operations, or service delivery environment. They should combine strong leadership capabilities with analytical thinking and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Previous experience managing or supervising teams in healthcare operations, production environments, or similar service-based settings.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare privacy requirements, including HIPAA standards and information management processes.
- Ability to coach employees, deliver constructive feedback, and support professional development.
- Comfortable using dashboards, reporting tools, workflow platforms, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational consistency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels, including virtual collaboration.
- Ability to identify operational challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with electronic medical record systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus.
- Background in metric-driven environments and team training or development is preferred.
- Competitive estimated total cash compensation range of $57,000–$62,000 USD.
