Unarmed Security Officer in Monroe, North Carolina at North State Security Group LLC

North State Security is actively hiring for an Unarmed Security Officer role in Monroe, North Carolina. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing security services Monday - Wednesday from 11 am - 7 pm and Thursday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a visible deterrent to disruptive and unwelcome behavior
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Interact positively and professionally with patrons and staff
- Use verbal de-escalation when needed
- Promptly submit detailed incident reports and daily activity reports
- Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior of client facility
- Maintain strict adherence to site-specific instructions and procedures

Qualifications:
- Prior security experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass all background checks and hiring requirements
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
