Overview: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering Department. This position will rotate between managed properties. Responsibilities:

• Maintain guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in excellent condition
• Respond to maintenance requests and property emergencies
• Perform repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, wall coverings, caulking, grouting, and masonry
• Conduct inspections to identify repair needs
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (hotel or construction preferred)
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems
• Trade school or equivalent experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred
• Basic math skills for material calculations
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Flexible schedule (weekends, evenings, holidays required)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong guest service mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Climb ladders up to 30 feet
• Perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and overhead work
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
