We Are Hiring

Natureplex is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead laboratory operations and quality control activities in our FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing analytical and microbiological testing, managing quality systems, supporting regulatory compliance, and leading a team dedicated to ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, biologics, medical device, or food manufacturing. They possess excellent analytical skills, a solid understanding of FDA and GMP requirements, and the ability to lead teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Quality Control laboratory operations, including analytical and microbiological testing.
  • Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  • Lead investigations related to deviations, CAPAs, OOS results, and quality issues.
  • Manage stability programs, laboratory validations, and change control activities.
  • Develop, review, and maintain laboratory procedures, specifications, and test methods.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP, GDP, GLP, and company quality standards.
  • Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train, coach, and develop laboratory personnel.
  • Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve quality concerns.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, GDP, and GLP requirements.
  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, FTIR, and wet chemistry testing.
  • Strong analytical, investigation, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in OTC pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, personal care, or food manufacturing.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience managing both analytical and microbiology laboratory functions.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday. Additional hours, weekends, or alternative schedules may be required based on production needs, audits, investigations, or business demands.
