Production Manager in Memphis, Tennessee at Redeemers Group, Inc.

As Production Manager for Redeemers Group, you’ll oversee our production crews, ensuring your crew members are trained, equipped, and eager to provide our customers with a remarkable experience. You will be responsible for installation success, warehouse and inventory management, payment collection efficiency, crew member satisfaction, and net customer satisfaction scores.

An ideal candidate will:

· take decisive ownership for the daily operations of all production crews within the organization

· possess a competitive drive to implement practical, timely solutions for crews and customers

· stay process-driven and focused on results despite changing conditions

· coach up all crew members with a team-minded leadership style that balances empathy and accountability and motivates and engages others in an enthusiastic way

· discern how to best resolve any below-bar customer experiences and equip crews with those same skills

· proactively anticipate execution of interpersonal issues.

You’ll also be impacting homeowners’ lives by helping to solve the most serious issues with their homes. Specific construction experience is not required but is desired; we’ll provide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work.

What we need from you:
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Unrestricted walking and crawling ability, ability to lift 75lbs – this is a very hands-on position
- Communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English

- Management experience required

- Warehouse/inventory management skills preferred

- Construction management experience preferred
