This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global NVIDIA Solutions Enablement Manager based in the United States.
This is a global individual-contributor role focused on enabling sales, presales, technical, and channel partner teams to successfully position advanced AI infrastructure solutions.
You will shape and execute enablement programs covering GPU-based solutions, AI infrastructure, networking, software, and reference architectures.
The role combines strategic program ownership with hands-on training, content development, workshops, and field activation.
You’ll work across regions, business units, and external technology partners, influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
Success will require translating complex technical concepts into practical, compelling resources that help teams drive customer value and business growth.
You’ll also use field feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning programs and identify new enablement opportunities.

- Develop and execute a global enablement strategy for teams positioning solutions built around NVIDIA technologies, with a focus on GPUs, AI infrastructure, networking, software, and reference architectures.
- Lead end-to-end enablement programs, including planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, communications, execution, and measurement of outcomes.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and field enablement programs for sales, presales, technical, and partner audiences.
- Coordinate subject matter experts across organizations and regions to create scalable enablement programs around priority solution areas.
- Create and maintain training content, curricula, learning paths, workshops, playbooks, sales plays, and other field-ready resources.
- Support enablement platforms and communities by ensuring teams have access to relevant technical and commercial resources.
- Help sales and partner teams effectively position GPU solutions, AI infrastructure, software, networking, reference architectures, and related solution opportunities.
- Gather feedback from the field to identify knowledge gaps, content requirements, and areas requiring deeper technical or commercial support.
- Monitor enablement adoption, engagement, business impact, and solution-attach trends, communicating results to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications across global teams and external partners.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, technical enablement, alliance management, partner enablement, presales, business development, product management, or a related enterprise technology field.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering global enablement programs for sales, technical, and partner audiences.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, business units, regions, and external partners.
- 3+ years of experience creating training materials, learning paths, workshops, sales plays, and other field-facing educational content.
- 3+ years of experience working with AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, enterprise servers, GPUs, networking, software, cloud, or data center technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology sales motions, partner ecosystems, and field activation strategies.
- Ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear, practical, and commercially relevant enablement content.
- Experience with NVIDIA technologies, GPU platforms, AI reference architectures, or accelerated computing is strongly preferred.
- Strong program and project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, governance, risk management, execution, and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, executive engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and lead initiatives across global, matrixed teams without relying on direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Competitive compensation: Base salary of approximately $105,500–$243,000 annually in Texas, depending on location, experience, education, skills, and other factors; variable incentives may also be available.
