  • Implement and distribute regulated provider and member communications while ensuring materials meet applicable requirements and organizational standards.
  • Participate in project implementation teams, quality workgroups, and cross-functional initiatives focused on improving communication processes and outcomes.
  • Serve as a resource during regulatory audits and help ensure documentation and communication practices are prepared to meet audit requirements.
  • Develop effective communication processes within the team, tailor messaging to different audiences, and maintain clear collaboration with management and business partners.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; relevant professional experience may be considered in combination with education.
  • At least 7 years of relevant marketing, communications, healthcare, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing tasks and activities across multiple projects, channels, and stakeholders.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate project tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging and presentation style to different audiences.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors and creative or production partners such as printers, agencies, graphic artists, photographers, and mail houses.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to assess project performance and use findings to improve future initiatives.
  • Experience supporting budgets, market research, regulated communications, websites, member materials, or provider-facing communications is highly valuable.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with management, internal teams, external partners, and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability for accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
