Job Description
EEC Solutions is looking for an All Source Intelligence Analyst for HQ USARCENT.
Note: We are seeking resumes for a proposal opportunity. This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates currently living in a HubZone designated area are encouraged to apply.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Conducts all-source intelligence analysis across the full intelligence cycle in support of USARCENT G2, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines into finished assessments on adversary capabilities, intent, and AOR developments. The incumbent produces written products and briefings that directly inform command decision-making and operational planning in the USCENTCOM AOR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Fuse HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT reporting into all-source intelligence assessments and finished products.
Produce written assessments, target and threat packages, and briefings responsive to the commander's priority intelligence requirements.
Answer and quality-control responses to requests for information from the command, subordinate units, and joint partners.
Support intelligence preparation of the battlefield and intelligence estimates for OPLANs, CONPLANs, and branch/sequel planning.
Build and maintain analytic databases, baselines, and reference products supporting continuity of analysis.
Collaborate with USCENTCOM J2, national intelligence agencies, and coalition partners to synchronize analytic effort and avoid duplication.
Support USARCENT exercises and contingency operations with tailored intelligence products and reachback analysis.
Complete all contract-required training and reporting: AT Level I and iWATCH within 30 calendar days, TARP annually, DoD IA awareness training with ATCTS registration, and daily PERSTAT input. EEC Solutions — Internal Use Only | USARCENT Staff Augmentation FY26–27 | Page 18 of 54
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, Regional/Security Studies, Political Science, or a related field. Four (4) additional years of directly relevant all-source analytic experience may substitute for the degree.
Required Experience:
- Minimum four (4) years of all-source intelligence analysis experience, including at least two (2) years at a Division, Corps, ASCC, combatant command, or national agency. Demonstrated production of finished intelligence for senior decision-makers.
Required Certifications / Licenses:
- Must complete DoD IA awareness training and register in ATCTS during the first month; AT Level I and iWATCH within 30 calendar days. Formal analytic tradecraft training (e.g., structured analytic techniques, DIA/ACE analyst courses) strongly preferred.
Special Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship required.
- ACTIVE TS with SCI eligibility required at hire — interim clearances are expressly not accepted.
- Proficiency on JWICS, SIPRNet, M3, and comparable analytic tools required.
- On-site performance in a SCIF at Shaw AFB, SC.
- No polygraph required.
Preferred Qualifications (optional):
• Former 35F, 35D, or 350F All Source Intelligence Technician.
Documented CENTCOM AOR analytic experience.
Experience supporting a Combined Joint Operations environment or coalition headquarters.
Familiarity with working through Foreign Disclosure Officers to broaden product releasability.
