The Accounting Assistant will also contribute to the efficiency of financial operations by managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as performing bank reconciliations. Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Experience in the durable goods manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
