- Serves as a support for the Accounting department
- Processes vendor payments, patient refunds, and employee reimbursements
- Assists accounting department with data entry
- Creates and updates various payroll and financial reports
- Prepares bank deposits
- Assists Payroll Specialist in payroll preparation
- Offers administrative assistance to Accounting Manager
- Scans and Organizes electronic records
- Receives and sorts departmental mail daily
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Healthcare experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. The use of Microsoft Office products is required
Other Requirements: Ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality when handling extremely sensitive information, including company and individual financial materials. Must be highly organized and display honesty and integrity when producing, delivering, and distributing information.
