ENT Practice Manager at Auburn Community Hospital – Auburn, New York

Position Summary:

Auburn Memorial Medical Services, PC is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our high-volume medical offices. This full-time leadership position is ideal for someone who excels at team management, operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and manage daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure optimal workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to support regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to streamline processes and improve patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical practice management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage the operations of a busy medical office.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems; experience with Medent is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year DOE
