Cert Surgical Technologist I - Part Time - South Labor and Delivery at Hendrick Medical Center – Abilene, Texas

JOB SUMMARY

Facilitate the operative or other invasive procedure by preparing and providing the required sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment and maintains the sterile field while anticipating and responding to the needs of the surgical team.

CSTs have a professional obligation to participate in committee activities, surveys, improvement initiatives, and continued education.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

• Completion of approved Surgical Technology Program

Minimum Work Experience

• No previous experience

Required Licenses/Certifications

• CPR-BCLS
• Surgical Technologist Certification
