Clinic Registration Supervisor in Clinton, Missouri at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital

The Registration Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the registration department. This role involves training personnel, conducting performance assessments, analyzing workflows to identify areas of improvement, developing staff schedules, and managing day-to-day registration activities. The Registration Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring both patient and staff needs are addressed timely and appropriately. Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
- Relevant HFMA certification or similar preferred.

Experience:
- 2 years of experience in healthcare registration or billing preferred
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
