Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our properties and ensuring they’re in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and profitability

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

- Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of necessary repairs and maintenance

- Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and files

- Respond to and resolve tenant complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- Degree and certs preferred

- At least 3 years of experience in property management

- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and laws

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
