Job Title
Clinic Staffing Coordinator
Job Summary
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, and optimization of staffing schedules across NH & C primary care clinics and Urgent Care. This role ensures appropriate coverage for providers and clinical support staff—including Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs), LPN’s, Radiology Technologists, Laboratory Technicians—to support safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
Job Setting
Position transitions to fully remote after successful completion of training and onboarding.
Compensation
We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education and internal equity considerations. The hourly wage range for this position is $21.92–$30.95. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
Key Accountabilities
Schedule Accuracy + Timeliness
- Schedules are completed and published within established timelines with minimal errors or revisions
Staffing Coverage
-
Open shifts are filled in advance, with minimal last-minute gaps impacting clinic operations.
Timecard Accuracy
-
Timekeeping discrepancies are resolved promptly, with high accuracy and minimal payroll corrections required.
Responsiveness
-
Timely response to sick calls, staffing changes, and leadership requests.
Data Integrity + Reporting
-
Staffing data, contact records, and reports are accurate, current, and actionable.
Cost + Resource Management
-
Effective management of low-need time and casual staffing to support budget targets.
Stakeholder Satisfaction
-
Positive feedback from staff and leadership regarding communication, fairness, and scheduling processes.
Performs other related duties assigned.
Required Qualifications
-
High School diploma/GED or equivalent
-
2+ years of scheduling, staffing coordination, or workforce management experience
Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare staffing experience preferred

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written English

Organizational skills

Professional demeanor, ability to deal with healthcare professionals.

Ability to set priorities and work independently

Ability to receive and carry out directions

Microsoft Office skills-Basic Word, Intermediate Excel
