POSITION SUMMARY
The Payroll/Labor Database Coordinator is responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing, supporting daily payroll tasks, labor expense analysis, and reporting. This role identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends in complex labor data sets to uncover areas of opportunity to manage or reduce labor expense as well as optimize staffing, especially to achieve organizational target FTE and labor expense goals.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or other related field
Minimum Experience
- 2 years of data analysis experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or system proficiency with INFOR/Lawson, Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions, or any Labor Productivity system
- 1 year experience working on team projects (performance/process improvement)
Required Registration/License/Certification
- N/A
Preferred Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or any other related field
Preferred Experience
- 3 years of data analysis experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and previous experience with INFOR-Lawson, Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions, or any Labor Productivity system
- 1 year of payroll experience
