Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team and help expand out reach within the medical community.

As a Medical Sales Representative at Mikata Health, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of healthcare software solutions to physicians and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers in the medical field.

  • Present and demonstrate the benefits and value of Mikata Health’s products and solutions to healthcare providers.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.

  • Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in our CRM system.

  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote Mikata Health’s offerings.


Travel:
  • Travel within the province of Alberta

  • Travel to attend conferences and trade shows in Canada and the United States


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to physicians.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite. Preference for those with experience using Hubspot.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
