JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for the overall day to day management and planning of the patient care, directing and developing staff; demonstrating fiscal responsibility; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; ensure an environment conducive to patient and family centered care at the end of life. Designated as the Alternate Administrator and assumes duties of the Director in his/her absence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or received within 12 months)
• Minimum Work Experience
  • 2-years nursing experience.
  • Experience with electronic medical record software systems.
• Required Licenses/Certifications
  • Registered Nurse
  • CPR
  • ACLS

  • Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position.
  • Knowledgeable of quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
