Insurance Coverage Attorney at Siegfried Rivera PA – Coral Gables, Florida

Siegfried Rivera is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our Coral Gables office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing policyholders in complex coverage disputes, particularly within the condominium, real estate, and construction sectors. Our firm exclusively represents policyholders and does not represent carriers.

Responsibilities:

Representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes, including first-party property and business interruption claims, as well as third party and bad faith claims.

Advise clients on commercial general liability, D&O, E&O, fidelity, and securities liability policies.

Negotiate and structure insurance policies to maximize coverage and protection for our clients.

Lead litigation and settlement strategies, including bad faith claims and multi-party negotiations.

Collaborate to build a profitable and sustainable insurance practice.

Qualification:

A proven track record of securing substantial insurance recoveries and navigating high-stakes litigation.

Experience representing policyholders in disputes with primary and excess carriers.

Strong relationships within the real estate, construction, or condominium industries.

A portable book of business and the ability to generate new client relationships.

Florida Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in).

Preferred Experience: Westlaw, LexisNexis, NetDocs, Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and PACER

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience obtaining bad faith verdicts or negotiating multi-million dollar settlements.

Thought leadership in insurance recovery, including speaking engagements or publications.

Commitment to client service and community involvement.
