You will be working with La Causa Development, a fully-owned for-profit subsidiary of Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC), supporting development across Arizona and Nevada. Together with its affiliated companies, La Causa Development delivers full-service real estate expertise—from design and construction to property management and the sale of completed projects, including retail, medical, mixed-use developments, and residential communities.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?You will be the first point of contact that turns interest into occupancy. You will handle rental inquiries, guide prospective residents through tours, and use approved sales techniques to lease apartments efficiently and professionally.
You will support day-to-day leasing operations by maintaining rental records, preparing leasing documents, and ensuring move-in processes run smoothly. You will also assist the Community Manager with property marketing efforts and help reinforce on-the-job training for leasing activities.
WHO YOU ARE?You are outgoing, customer-focused, and confident in a sales or leasing environment. You enjoy working with people, can stay organized in a fast-paced setting, and know how to balance multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
You bring a professional and approachable attitude, communicate clearly, and are comfortable following structured processes while also adapting to daily property needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background:
- Verifiable experience in sales, leasing or marketing with a positive outgoing attitude and good customer service skills are required.
