Be the face of Blackhornes listing side with professionalism, hustle, and follow-through

As our primary listing agent, you'll have first right of refusal for new listing opportunities and the chance to scale with us as the listing team grows.

Active Real Estate License

Ideally 2+ years of experience as a listing agent or sellers representative (we're open if less)

Solid listing presentation and negotiation skills

Confidence in working with both traditional homeowners and investors

Professional demeanor and a commitment to follow-through

Familiarity with MLS, comps, and pricing strategy

Reliable transportation and availability to meet sellers in person

An independent agent with a proven track record of listings

Someone who enjoys working with motivated clients and has strong listing conversion skills
