• Competitive Pay: $115,000 - $125,000/year
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | On-call, weekends and holidays required

• Provides strong operational leadership by overseeing daily assisted living and memory care operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and best practices
• Drives occupancy growth and community performance through effective team leadership, budget management, and strategic planning
• Leads, develops, and engages staff while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
• Utilizes financial acumen to manage budgets, optimize operations, and support sustainable growth and stability
• Executes strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance resident satisfaction, independence, and overall community success

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum of 5 years of senior living experience with a proven track record in community operations and leadership
• IL Assisted Living Manager certification
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Business Administration, Hospitality or a health-related field is a plus
