- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and financial performance to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce and cloud-based implementation projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project kickoff sessions focused on defining business objectives, success metrics, and measurable outcomes while tracking progress against agreed goals
- Facilitate Agile project management activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, Scrum ceremonies, and software delivery coordination
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and solution specifications
- Support user story creation, requirements gathering, and acceptance criteria definition while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, issue resolution, and end-user training activities to support successful deployments
- Assist with client presentations, workshops, and project status meetings while ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders
- Drive the implementation of AI-driven customer experience and CRM solutions using Salesforce and related cloud technologies
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering Salesforce platform implementations or custom software development projects
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing delivery environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and software development lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce or Amazon Connect projects in a project manager, Scrum Master, or delivery leadership capacity
- Proven ability to facilitate requirements workshops, manage user stories, and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience with project estimation, statement of work (SOW) management, and change order processes
- Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant required
- Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in Solution Architecture, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting is considered an advantage
