UCF Liaison Position Summary

The UCF Liaison and Concierge Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between Legacy Pointe at UCF and the University of Central Florida, fostering meaningful partnerships and engagement opportunities for residents. This role is responsible for coordinating UCF-related programming, events, and experiences that enhance resident life and strengthen the communitys connection to the university.

In addition, this position oversees the daily operations of the Concierge desks and team, ensuring a high level of service, organization, and responsiveness. The role anticipates the needs of residents, visitors, and staff while maintaining efficient front-of-house operations.

This position plays a critical role in creating an engaging, well-coordinated, and service-driven environment that supports Legacy Pointe at UCFs commitment to Hospitality, Service, and Accountability.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Management, Business Administration, Communication, Healthcare Management or a related field from UCF preferably
  • Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
  • Strong connection with the University of Central Florida. Must understand the inner workings of UCF campus activities and departments.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, policies and protocols( CCRC and University)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Professional demeanor, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality when required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
