- Support the strategic management of assigned national account portfolio
- Partner with Leadership and agency contacts to build and maintain strong client relationships
· Collaborate with National Account Group Leadership and Client Stakeholders in the optimization and execution of multi-channel account programs.
- Support renewal efforts for assigned accounts, including preparation and coordination
- Assist in selling agency services to franchisee locations (when applicable)
- Participate in daily or weekly standups with NAM
- Identify concerns, track progress, and adjust priorities as needed
- Support pre-client “retention” preparation
- Review recent campaign performance
- Review current program structure (frequency, volume, channels)
- Gather insights on competitor and industry trends
- Prepare recommendations and enhancement ideas for internal review
- Assist in facilitating and preparing for Monthly Planning Meetings
- Contribute to monthly campaign performance analysis
- Support development of planning recommendations
- Assist in campaign review and execution (creative, routing, channels)
- Provide input on list selection and campaign setup
- Support development and maintenance of annual learning agenda
- Assist in tracking performance, insights, and budget alignment
- Accounts with Franchisee Opportunity:
- Follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner
- Initial contact within 12 hours of notification
- Consistent follow-up to qualify opportunities
- Support outbound prospecting efforts
- Contribute to maintaining and updating inactive franchisee lists
- Participate in outreach efforts and call activity
- Assist in preparing weekly call logs and tracking outreach activity
- Follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner
Leadership Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will work closely with National Account Directors, Key National Account Managers, and cross-functional teams.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Our Hybrid office model requires in-office days 2-3 days per week or on a scheduled reviewed/approved by the VP of Client Services.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
- 5–7 years of professional experience, preferably in account management, marketing, or client services
