The Dealer Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between dealers and internal fabrication teams, ensuring new sales intake are complete, accurate, and aligned with production requirements. This role is pivotal in supporting cross-functional coordination across sales, operations, and production.
Working within established company guidelines, the Dealer Coordinator exercises independent judgment to evaluate intake readiness, confirm standard production windows, resolve routine dealer issues, and drive alignment across teams. The role owns the dealer intake process, supporting scalable growth across the business through maintaining efficiency, reducing rework, and enforcing process workflows within the organization.

- Serve as the primary owner of the dealer intake process across assigned entities or regions. Evaluate intake submissions and determine readiness for production based on established operational standards. Confirm standard production windows with internal teams and communicate commitments to dealers.
- Act as the primary liaison to resolve routine dealer intake, documentation, and timeline concerns as they arise, independently.
- Lead intake alignment meetings production teams
- Own intake performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time
- Develop and maintain intake standards, workflows, and dealer submission guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, operations support, project coordination, or a similar role
- Experience working in manufacturing, construction, and or fabrication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
- Experience with ERP (NetSuite) and order management systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Office-based or hybrid work environment, depending on business needs
- Standard business hours, with flexibility during peak sales or production periods; may require occasional travel
- Frequent collaboration with internal teams and external dealer partners
- Primarily desk-based work with regular use of computers and communication tools
- Exposure to a marine construction or light industrial environment when visiting yards or production areas, if applicable
